Our Centers and Laboratories

A researcher collecting sediment and shellfish from the bottom of a kelp sample in Cook Inlet,

Each of our five centers has specific capabilities and research expertise in coastal and ocean issues. Three of the centers are dedicated research laboratories, another conducts research through analyses of field data, and one funds research with competitive grants.
